Q. What is the ETA of my order?
A. The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of GIP receiving your order. All orders are sent by Australia Post E-parcel system. Clients will receive an email from Australia Post advising their order is on its way. If nobody is present for delivery, Australia Post will leave a note notifying you that your order has been sent to the nearest post office. Otherwise, leave a comment in the comments section of the checkout advising an authority to leave the parcel without signature. All orders are trackable.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, during the checkout process, select the freight option ‘pick up from store’ and no freight charge will apply. We will notify you when it is ready for collection.
Q. Can I create a 30 day account?
A. No, our online system offers credit card (MasterCard/Visa/Amey), PayPal or bank transfer. If you select bank transfer your order will be sent out once payment has been received. Your confirmation order email has our banking details listed.

Q. Is there a money back guarantee on GIP products?
A. Yes, any defect product will be replaced or money refunded if required.
Q. I am having trouble inserting prints into your image art mounts – any tips?
A. GIP offers 2 types of mounts:
- Slip in where all prints are inserted from the top (a video on our Facebook page shows you how easily this is performed.
- Self assembled mounts are taped on 3 sides, but only stuck down on 1 long side. Simply slide print in from opening sides. Then peel off the double-sided tape and press down. These are mainly used by clients using fine art paper prints, which are thicker than normal prints.
